About
Kyleen inspires women to live in awe of God’s word, knowing this is the wellspring of life and freedom begins in knowing God. She’ll be the first to share her passion to help others came from her own story of turning to damaging patterns as a teen and young adult and the radical difference choosing Jesus over everything made in her journey to freedom.
A pastor’s daughter, she’s had knowledge about God and the Bible her whole life. She tagged along with her parents as they came alongside others, held space for their hurting, and pointed them to freedom in Christ. While she could recite Bible verses, sing church songs, and attend ‘all the things’, the missing piece was authentic discipleship community where openness about the struggles of life was shared. Though never taught directly, she believed the lie that the best way to serve and help others was to ignore her own struggles. This led to a…

Are You A Mom?
Helpful parenting advice finds us naturally from friends and family. We receive tidbits of wisdom at baby showers, while we are out and about with friends, from our mentors, and most of all, our own mothers. But sometimes, even with all the wisdom and advice thrown our way, we can still find ourselves in the middle of motherhood having absolutely no clue how to navigate the storm we are in or how to climb the mountain in front of us.

Health + Nutrition Coach
“People need a guidebook, and Kyleen is writing it. Her bravery in sharing her story so that others can benefit is something I aspire to. Kyleen not only gets it, she has darn near perfected the art of blending a family. The power and beauty with which she has navigated such uncharted territories of her own is absolutely inspiring. ”

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
My respect for Kyleen’s training and understanding grew the longer we worked together. I can remember a time when she gently corrected a policy I wanted to implement. The policy was reasonable from a clinical perspective, but it didn’t take into account, really, the practical ways that families were suffering. Kyleen spoke up for the families in a way that served them and made me a wiser clinician.
